English Version
We had the opportunity to host our Valentine’s Day-themed event at our favorite wine tasting studio in San Francisco, Maritime Wine Tasting Studio, with Brandon Olds as our host.
It was there that we were able to accomplish our goal of giving our invitees an unforgettable night, full of enthusiasm, in an atmosphere with wine as the main focus, which brought out smiles and laughter among the group. This dynamic led to everyone interacting with their new friends. What played out is what we most enjoy: bringing happiness and satisfaction to our people.
Our attendees tasted sparkling wines from West Cape South Africa, white wines from New Zealand, red wines from Italy, Spain, and Napa Valley, California. They simultaneously were able to experience for the first time a pairing with specially-selected chocolates for each specific wine. The star pairing of the night was the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough) with the Lemon Verbena Caramel chocolate. Seeing the looks of satisfaction and of pleasant surprise from tasting the combination of wine and chocolate became an unexpected accomplishment for us.
We woke up very early to ensure the event were to be a success. Purchasing and selecting the chocolates at Sixth Course, San Francisco, was an adventure. Our arrival at Maritime in preparation for the 7 p.m. event was at 5 p.m. The event went off on time without a hitch and ended past schedule at 10 p.m. Each invitee took away with them an unforgettable experience, in addition to a Sabe A Vino corkscrew, Alfajores Narciso butter cookie sandwiches and their favorite Maritime Wine Tasting Studio bottles that were enjoyed during the tasting.
